Hi All,
Sometimes I just get the sweet tooth and crave something sugary.
Though I don’t know why, I had a flashback of the Duku fruit I encountered in SE Asia, namely Indonesia and Thailand:
It’s tiny, like the size of a 10yen coin and its taste changes with the season. The best season is at the height of summer when the sugars are abundant within the fruit. It tastes a bit like grapefruit or kiwi without the sourness. Absolutely delightful these are.
But they’re only available in SE Asia like Thailand and Indonesia…
So I had to make do with Kiwi today…but it did the job for me!!
I love fresh fruit!
